help with English please? D:

I am currently developing mock websites for my Master's Thesis. The mock website belongs to a fictional company that deals with... Yeah, here's the problem. XD

The website is to be in English. However, all talk and assumptions so far I've written in Polish. Now it turns out that there is no direct equivalent of what the mock company offers. Ha, even Wikipedia doesn't know what it could be.

Please help.

Let's assume that you have a small/medium company, employing from 3 to 20-60 persons. Your company offers some merchandise or services, it doesn't matter - the point is, you're thinking of setting things up or improving the management etc, and you want software that will help you with it. It can be something for stocktaking, a website, an online shop, customer relationship management software, database system, something for tracking shipments and invoices, intranet, project management software, etc. Basically you want some geeks to come, install the thing, teach you how to use it, and provide further remote assistance if needed.

What do you type in search box?

I have some ideas now, but I want to be sure and to gather more phrases. It can be anything from general to specific, from 2 to 5 words. If you are familiar with terms like CRM, ERM, PRM, ERP, etc, please don't refrain from using them.
Please help, it's very important! XD I'm behind the schedule already

It would be nice if you could provide several ideas and also mention the search engine you'll likely be using. It may prove important later on.
By the way, I was shocked that Google has only ~65% popularity in the US. In Poland it's like ~94%.
